Visions of Steel – Public Event – May 12th, 6.30 – 8.30pm – Blanco’s Restaurant, Port Talbot
The event will exhibit a selection of photographs of the Port Talbot steel industry in the 1940s and 1950s which have recently been digitised by Peoples’ Collection Wales.
The event will offer the opportunity to view samples from the collection and to share memories and about the photographs and the local steel industry that will enable the community to shape the archive and help the project team date and identify the images, expanding the archive.
